How do I order?

Is my money safe?
Yes. EscrowPay holds your money with Rubies Microfinance Bank, a CBN-licensed and NDIC-insured bank — never with us. We only get paid after you confirm you received the right device.
Do I pay the full amount before delivery?
You pay into escrow before we source. The funds are released to us only after you receive and confirm the device, so your money is protected either way.
What if the device is not as described?
Raise a dispute before you confirm delivery. EscrowPay reviews the evidence and refunds you if we cannot resolve it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–10 days from order to your door, depending on the model and availability.
